The Ordering Process
Step 1
Place your order online or request a complimentary free order pack directly through our website to begin.
STEP 2
If you placed an order online, you will receive our ashes collection pack through the post.
If you requested a free order pack, this will also be sent in the post along with an order form.
STEP 3
Once we receive your ashes at our workshop, we will begin creating your jewellery.
You will also receive an email confirmation confirming your ashes have arrived safely and securely.
STEP 4
We will notify you by email as soon as your jewellery is ready.
Orders are tracked next day delivery and will require a signature.
