All products sold by Diamond Ashes are custom, made-to-order memorial jewellery pieces. Each item is individually handcrafted using the ashes or materials provided by the customer.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
2. Important Clarification – “Diamond Ashes”
The name “Diamond Ashes” represents the emotional value and meaning behind each piece.
Unless explicitly stated within the product description, our jewellery does not contain natural or lab-grown diamonds. Any materials used will always be clearly described on the product page.
3. Ordering Process
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Once your order is placed, you will receive instructions on how to safely send ashes or materials to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions carefully.
4. Handling of Ashes
We treat all ashes with the highest level of care, respect, and professionalism.
- Only a small amount of ashes is required per piece
- Any unused ashes will be safely returned with your order
- We are not responsible for ashes lost or damaged during transit to us
We strongly recommend using a tracked and secure postal service when sending ashes.
5. Production Time
All pieces are handcrafted and made to order.
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 4–6 weeks from the date we receive the ashes. This timeframe may vary depending on demand or complexity.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase before production begins.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our jewellery:
- Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue accordingly.
8. Durability & Care
Our jewellery is designed to be worn and cherished, however:
- All jewellery is subject to natural wear over time
- We recommend removing jewellery during heavy activity or exposure to harsh chemicals
- Proper care will help maintain the longevity of your piece
9. Limitation of Liability
Diamond Ashes is not liable for:
- Loss or damage of ashes during transit to us
- Improper use or care of the jewellery after delivery
- Minor variations in appearance due to the handcrafted nature of the product
