How much ashes do you need?

We only require a small amount of ashes, approximately one teaspoon per piece of jewellery. Any ashes not used during the creation process will be carefully and respectfully returned to you with your completed order.

How do I send the ashes?

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an Ashes Collection Pack containing everything you need. Clear step by step instructions are included to ensure your loved one's ashes are packaged securely and arrive with us safely.

How long does the process take?

Every piece is handcrafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Our typical turnaround time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your ashes.

Is the jewellery suitable for everyday wear?

Yes. Our jewellery is designed to be both beautiful and durable, making it suitable for everyday wear. To preserve its appearance for years to come, we recommend removing your jewellery during strenuous activities and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals.

What materials do you use?

Our jewellery is crafted using premium materials, including Sterling Silver, Gold, White Gold, and Rose Gold. Each piece is carefully finished with high quality resin, securely preserving your loved one's ashes within the design.

Can I choose the colour and design?

Do you offer engraving?

Yes. Many of our pieces can be engraved with a name, date, initials, or a short personal message, making your jewellery even more unique and sentimental

Is it safe to send ashes through the post?

We completely understand how important and precious your loved one's ashes are. Every order is handled with the highest level of care, respect, and security. From the moment your ashes arrive with us, they are carefully documented, securely stored, and treated as if they were our own.

What happens to any unused ashes?

As every piece is handcrafted and personalised specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun. However, if there are any concerns with your order, our team will work closely with you to resolve them and ensure you are completely satisfied with your jewellery.
