How much ashes do you need?
We only require a small amount of ashes, approximately one teaspoon per piece of jewellery. Any ashes not used during the creation process will be carefully and respectfully returned to you with your completed order.
How do I send the ashes?
Once your order has been placed, we will send you an Ashes Collection Pack containing everything you need. Clear step by step instructions are included to ensure your loved one's ashes are packaged securely and arrive with us safely.
How long does the process take?
Our delivery times vary depending on the type of jewellery you order.
* Ready-to-order jewellery: Please allow 6–8 weeks for your order to be completed and delivered.
* Made-to-order jewellery: These pieces are individually created for you, so please allow 8–10 weeks.
Is the jewellery suitable for everyday wear?
Our memorial jewellery is designed for everyday wear, but we recommend removing it before showering, swimming or bathing to help preserve its beauty and protect it for years to come.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes, we offer personalised engraving on most pieces. You can add names, dates, or meaningful messages.
Can I change the chain length?
Yes. We offer three chain lengths to help you choose the length that feels most comfortable to you.

How do you keep my ashes safe?
As soon as your ashes arrive at our workshop, they are securely stored in a locked safe. Access is strictly limited to the designated member of our team who is personally responsible for creating your memorial jewellery. Your ashes are handled with the utmost care, respect and discretion throughout the entire process.
Do you accept returns or changes?
As each piece is made to order and personalised with your loved one’s ashes, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. You may cancel your order within the first 7 days. However after 7 days, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
Can I order multiple pieces from the same ashes?
Absolutely! You can have multiple pieces made using the same ashes. We just recommend sending enough ashes to ensure there is sufficient material for each piece you’d like to create.
What happens if I dont have enough ashes?
Only a small amount of ashes is needed to create your jewellery, so you don’t need to send much. If you’re unsure, we recommend sending a little extra to ensure we have enough. Any unused ashes will be carefully returned to you with your jewellery.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged?
If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and send us a photo of the damage. We’ll be happy to look into it and make sure we find the best solution for you.
Can I order jewellery and do you offer gift wrapping?
Absolutely! Our jewellery makes a beautiful and meaningful gift, and we also offer gift wrapping to make it extra special.
Can I include ashes from more than one person or a pet?
Yes, ofcourse! You can include ashes from more than one person or a beloved pet in the same piece of jewellery.
Can I use pet ashes?
Absolutely! We can create your jewellery using the ashes of a beloved pet
Can I add any other memorial items other than breast milk, fur, or hair?
Not at the moment. Currently, we only accept breast milk, fur, or hair. We’re hoping to offer more memorial inclusion options in the future, so please keep an eye out for updates.
